Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aguisitions ("Service"). By creating an account, listing a property, or submitting an inquiry, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

Aguisitions is an online marketplace where licensed real estate professionals list agricultural properties for sale and lease, and where buyers can find, save, and inquire about those properties. Aguisitions is not itself a real estate brokerage, does not represent any party to a transaction, and does not negotiate or close deals.

2. Broker accounts

Broker accounts are open to licensed real estate professionals with agricultural transaction experience. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You hold a valid real estate license in the state(s) where you list properties.
• You have written authority from each property owner to list the property on Aguisitions.
• All information you submit — listing details, financials, broker profile — is accurate and current to your knowledge.
• You will keep your listings current and mark sold/off-market listings promptly.

We may verify your license and brokerage independently and may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion, including for inaccurate listings, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

3. Listing rules

• Only agricultural and ag-adjacent properties (farms, ranches, orchards, vineyards, timberland, dairies, hunting/recreational, and similar).
• One listing per parcel — no duplicates, no "test" listings on the public side.
• Photos must depict the actual property or be clearly labeled stock/aerial.
• Pricing must be the asking price (or "price on request"). No artificially low teaser prices.
• Listings may be reviewed before going live. We may decline or require changes.

4. Buyer use

Buyers (including unregistered visitors who save searches or submit lead inquiries) agree that:

• Information about properties is provided by brokers, not verified by Aguisitions. You're responsible for your own due diligence before making an offer or signing a contract.
• Contact-form submissions are shared with the listing broker for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
• You won't use the platform to scrape contact information, send unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest broker leads.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Aguisitions to:

• Post misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate listings.
• Send spam or harvest contact info from listings or the broker directory.
• Interfere with the Service (scraping at high volume, denial-of-service, security probing).
• Violate any law or any third party's rights.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (listing descriptions, photos). By uploading, you grant Aguisitions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on and off the Service for as long as the listing is active (and for a reasonable archive period afterwards). The Aguisitions name, logo, and design are our property.

7. Fees

Aguisitions is free to use for buyers. Pricing for broker accounts is communicated separately at sign-up and may change over time on reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee accuracy of any listing, success of any inquiry, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aguisitions's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime by emailing hello@aguisitions.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aguisitions is principally based. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
